Taipei City Police Department (TCPD) called a coordination meeting with all its precincts on June 18 to discuss details of the SOP for arresting drunk drivers who refuse to take breathalyzer tests. To strengthen the control over illegal fuels causing air pollution, Taipei City Government’s Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has started to inspect the fuels used on the 2,796 construction sites under its jurisdiction.
